After an interaction with someone, we can ask ourselves about what we think the other person feels after they spent the time to be with us. Are they smiling or are they frustrated? Are they feeling grateful? Are they feeling challenged? Do they feel safe or afraid? Are they clear or confused? Do they feel energized and inspired or tired and dragged down? Do they feel ashamed? Do they feel bullied? Do they want to spend more time with us? Did they learn something new from us? When they share their experience that they had with us to others, what will they say?
