The "I'm Too Busy" Myth

If we have time to be on Facebook, then we have time to exercise. If we are not exercising, it's because we have not made it a priority. "I'm too busy" translates to "I am out of control and I have no priorities." It means that we have said yes too much and no too little or that we simply do not know what we really want. It's ok. We can count down, 5,4,3,2,1, and change that. Now that the "I'm too busy" myth is busted, we are empowered to take responsibility and ask, "what is most important to us?", and/or "how can we invest our time in what is most important to us?" Commit to invest your 1440 minutes today on what is most important to you.
